Mark 14:36

An In-Between Time Will Be Final

“. . . yet not what I will, but what You will.” Mark 14:36

When Jesus spoke these words, it was a moment of amazing submission. I will do what You want, not what I want. I will follow Your plan, not mine. In the greatest display of obedience ever known, He took the full cup of man’s sin and God’s wrath and drank it. From that point on, there would be no turning back. As the result of what Jesus did in His “in-between-moment,” redemption was opened up to all of mankind.

The difference between Jesus’ “in-between” and yours, is the cross. His message of hope, His word that no matter how big the challenge may seem, we can trust Him and say “yes” to Him.

In what area do you need to give God your ultimate “yes”?

Will you say “yes” to Him?
